• Formal event and Formal Attire is required. 
• Tickets can be purchased online. Tickets are non-transferable.
• BEMSRA reserves the rights to Deny Access to or removal from the event for any reason. 
• Parking available on site.

• BEMSRA members (and retirees) may purchase one ticket for him/herself plus one guest. Both tickets are eligible for the BEMSRA discounted tickets. Limit (2) Tickets per transaction.
